Park Hill

This residential construction project in the heart of Bratislava is a unique investment and development opportunity. It includes the construction of new, modern flats in three- and four-storey villas located on the site of the “Amphitheater”, a former summer cinema and theater venue. Its prominent location close to sports and cultural facilities by the zoo, Bratislava castle and the historic city center combined with excellent transport connections all add to the value and potential of these new residential properties. The project involves one of the largest plots for residential projects in the close proximity of Bratislava castle.

East Hill – city in the city

The East Hill residential complex project, situated on the north-eastern edge of Košice, is a modern version of constructions originally planned in the 1980s and 1990s. This residential complex of more than 5,000 new flats will be the core of a more extensive construction development including stores, administration and church buildings and schools, as well as cultural and sports facilities. 560 new flats will be erected in the first construction phase, which makes it the largest regional development project in Slovakia.

Nové Mokrance

The Nové Mokrance II project follows on from the extremely successful implementation of the first stage in the village of Mokrance, located near Košice. At the time of the expected new investments in this region, the developer is again preparing an above-standard area with fully built connections as well as communication for IBV or the purchase of a finished house in a terraced construction, meeting the strictest criteria of modern, low-energy and ecological housing.

The project will offer dozens of plots of various sizes with a connection to the nearby main road towards Košice.

High-quality social care of senior citizens

With an ageing population and displacement of rural people, investments in an innovative approach to high-quality social care of senior citizens are becoming increasingly important. The capacity of modern facilities for seniors in regions has been stagnating for a long time and despite an increase of beds the quality does not grow in line with demand.

The Nestor Residence is a newly built facility whose unique know-how management, experienced staff, concept of the building and top-quality furniture equipment and technologies make it a unique facility in Slovakia. The facility gained clientele in its segment, it is fully occupied for most of the year, and in view of the growing interest it intensively expands its capacity and extends the scope of care.

Energy-efficient sports premises

The planned sports premises LBG aréna are one-of-a-kind ecological and energy-efficient premises for sports and relax. They will allow both the little and big visitors, top-class and recreational sportsmen to engage in a number of sports, entertainment, training, competitions, tasty food as well as rest and relax under a single roof.

The unique composition of sports fields and functional areas is composed in a manner to be accessible to and useful for each exercise enthusiast. While waiting for children engaged in sports, one can use his/her time to undergo training, relax or meet with friends.

Unique producer of polypropylene and PET fibers

A unique producer of polypropylene and PET fibers for a universal use of large consumers within the manufacture of finished products of broom and brush technologies for cleaning, working and refining of materials. The manufacturing program covers 0.2 mm to 3 mm PET and PP fibers in all color tones.

In the 1st decade of the 21st century the manufacturing of PET fibers recorded a 70% growth of production due to its use in building materials and textile industry. In addition to the current production, the manufacturing technology of Italian production (Technoplastic), innovated by the Slovak management, gets ready for the manufacturing of fibers that will be a part of special innovative concrete mixtures. The manufacturing program has end customers in the EU countries: Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic. The finished products from fibers are exported to countries worldwide.

PEWAS is specialized in ecological innovative chemistry. It carries out research, development and production of new solutions for clients in a number of industries, agriculture and transportation. The company was established in 1992 in Slovakia. The company succeeds in fulfilling its vision by making no compromise between efficiency and ecology.

Elvosolar offers comprehensive services and innovative solutions within optimization of power consumption and production of energy from renewable or waste sources.

Since our foundation in 2009, we have built 32 photovoltaic power plants and successfully connected them to the distribution network. Currently, we ensure the operation and comprehensive service for 38 power plants with a total installed capacity of up to 40 MWp, and at the same time we are building other new network photovoltaic power plants, hybrid photovoltaic power plants and island photovoltaic power plants from a few kilowatts to tens of megawatts. This puts us among the most competent companies in the field of implementation and management of photovoltaic power plants with a significant market share in the region.
